A small, private group space designed to support focused, in-person work. Groups are intentionally kept small to maintain a comfortable and supportive environment. Individual sessions take place in a nearby office within the same setting.

This group is designed to move beyond understanding and into experience. Rather than focusing only on why anxiety happens, we’ll work with how it shows up in real time—learning to recognize patterns, respond differently, and build a more grounded relationship with yourself.
